Who
is Lynda
Slavinskis? (B.A(LLB)
"She
may look small and gentle but you sure would want her on your side"
- Kylie Bryant, Export Advisor Austrade and Director of Moppet
Mode Pty Ltd.
Lynda is
the principal solicitor at and founder of LSLC.
Lynda is
an outgoing, creative and intuitive lawyer with commerical
savvy.
As a
former in-house solicitor with Sussan Corporation and Tattersall’s,
Lynda brings big business experience to LSLC and has also gained
invaluable commercial experience in challenging non legal roles in
publishing and public relations. Lynda utilises that
experience in creative ways to help SME's grow to their full
potential.
Lynda
believes SMEs should have priority access to a lawyer who
understands them and their business and who can help them grow. Her
vision in establishing LSLC is to empower small business
owners by educating them about their rights and obligations and by
helping them establish processes which minimise legal
risk.
Lynda has
particular niche expertise in SME export/import, franchising and
marketing. She is approachable, down to earth and has a knack
for making anyone feel comfortable.
Lynda is
committed to community education and is a popular and inspiring
speaker at Austrade Export Seminars and other events including
business forums and conferences.
Lynda
is the only lawyer on the Victorian Government’s Small
Business Advisory Council. This appointment adds value to her
service to her clients as she can bring their concerns directly to
the key decision makers who influence small business policy in
Victoria.
As a
Victorian Finalist in the Telstra Business Woman’s Awards
2006, Lynda's passion for business, her ability to add spark to an
industry that has traditionally been very dry, her management
skills and her ability to balance work and life were all recognised
by the judging panel.
